Graduates that do not wish to participate in the annual commencement ceremony and alumni who need to request a duplicate diploma should fill out a diploma request form to have their diploma printed. (The term diploma refers to the document issued for a Degree, Diploma, and Technical Certificate of Credit.)
Processing time is 2 to 4 weeks. Processing cannot begin until after final grades have been posted to your transcript for your final semester.
Padded diploma covers can be purchased at a cost of $8 per cover from the campus store. (Commencement participants will receive one free cover the night of the ceremony.)
