Qualifying emergencies that can be used to apply for Lend-A-Paw:  

• Medical treatments such as hospitalization
• Lack of access to utilities, including power and internet,  
• Medication/prescription expenses,  
• Replacement of belongings lost in a fire or natural disaster,  
• Harm caused by a crime committed against the applicant,  
• Safety-related needs (e.g., lock change, emergency shelter, etc.)  
• Vehicle repairs for transportation to Augusta Tech or work  

Lend-A-Paw cannot help with:  

• Rent/Housing  
• Budgeted/ongoing expenses (car note, cell phone, subscriptions, etc.)  
• Childcare expenses  
• Tuition or financial holds at Augusta Tech  
• Food*
