Kerry Bridges to Lead Augusta Tech Foundation New Trustees Elected
Augusta, GA - February 11, 2026
The Augusta Technical College Foundation, Inc. started 2026 under new leadership with several new members of the Board of Trustees. Kerry Bridges of Georgia Power is the new chair while Jane Marie Kinsey of McKnight Construction is the new vice chair. They succeeded outgoing chair Randy Hatcher of MAU and retired architect Joe Gambill.
“We are so grateful for the incredible leadership of Mr. Hatcher and Mr. Gambill over their many years of service on the Foundation,” Kerry Bridges said. “They led the Foundation to strive higher than ever before with visionary new projects like The Patch Partnership and Jim Hudson Automotive Institute.”
Both Hatcher and Gambill have agreed to stay on the Board of Trustees as ex officio members. The Board also elected several new members to their first three-year terms. The new members are:
- Robbie Bennett, President and CEO of SRS Community Reuse Organization
- Nikki McLain, Chief Financial Officer for Piedmont Augusta
- Joy Morgan Newberry, Augusta Studio Director for McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture
- Patrick Raley, Human Resources Director for Aurubis Richmond
- Briana Williams, Community Relations Officer for Queensborough National Bank & Trust
“As Augusta Tech continues to strive for greater opportunities for our students, we will continue to build strategic partnerships across the CSRA,” said College President Dr. Kendricks Hooker. “These new Trustees represent an expansion of existing partnerships that will enable us to better prepare tomorrow’s workforce."
