Badge Instructions
Badge is a three-hour training course located in Blackboard. You must register for courses before you can take Badge Training. You must complete Badge Training before the first week of the semester ends. It is preferable if you complete Badge Training before the semester starts. It does not go on your transcript, and there is no fee for Badge Training.
To get registered, go to augustatech.blackboard.com.
After you log into Blackboard with your student email and password, click on Badge under Organizations and self-enroll. If this is your first time logging in, you may need to set up your Okta account. The training course is free of charge. Watch this video demonstration of how to enroll in Badge Training:
Once you've been registered for the course:

Go to augustatech.blackboard.com and log in with your student email and password.

Click on Badge in your "My Organizations" list, read the announcement, and begin working through the course.

Check your student email (Outlook) after completing all 7 Badge Units and the survey at the end to confirm that you are approved to register for an online course. You will receive an email congratulating you on finishing Badge Training within two business days. Students can submit that email to their instructors as proof of completion.
