Augusta Technical College provides a DDS-approved Driver’s Education program in cooperation with the Georgia Driver’s Education Commission (GDEC) for teens to learn safe driving techniques. The program includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 additional hours of drive time with an instructor.

Augusta Technical College's Authorized American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center offers Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, Heartsaver®, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses. WorkSource Georgia Offices and One-Stop Career Centers provide access to a system of employment/training opportunities and education services for the Augusta Technical College service area (Burke, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie, and Richmond).
