Our 3-Step Process To Meeting Your Business Goals
- Consultation and Needs Analysis: Let us help you establish and clarify the goals of training and your desired outcomes, and link these outcomes to employee behavior, prioritizing the needed training and plan a path moving forward.
- Training Development and Delivery: Our expert staff will work with you to design a training program, develop training curriculum/time frames that work for your needs and that will help address your business goals.
- Evaluation and Follow Up: Upon conclusion of training we will work together to evaluate the success of the training and evaluate the impact on your business.
Our team also works with the Georgia retraining tax credits which are available to foster the competitiveness of Georgia’s existing businesses by encouraging workforce development through retraining tax incentives. This credit helps companies offset the costs of retraining employees that are affected by the implementation of new equipment or recent technology and enhance the skills of Georgia employees to enable them to successfully use new equipment, technology, or operating systems.
An eligible business may be granted tax credits equal to one half of the direct cost of retraining, up to $500 per program per year per person, up to $1,250 per person per year, and up to 50% of the amount of the taxpayer’s income tax liability for the taxable year as computed without regard to this code. For additional information regarding Georgia Retraining Tax Credits, visit the Technical College System of Georgia's retraining tax credit page or the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
