Michelle A. Sullivan is Senior Vice President - Card Service Operations, Analytics and Payments Manager for SouthState Bank. She has worked with the bank for 27 years in various vice presidential positions.
As a student at Augusta Technical College, she completed an Associate of Applied Technology degree and earned the Application Support & Computer Networking Certificate. She laster went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Augusta University. She also completed several diplomas from the American Bankers Association’s American Institute of Banking. These include diplomas in Bank Financial Management, Bank Operations, Business Banking and Commercial Lending, Consumer Banking, and General Banking.
In the community, she is active with the Aiken/Augusta Project Management Institute, the Columbia County Citizens Emergency Response Team , and the Columbia County Parent Teacher Organization. She is also a dedicated volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
Ms. Sullivan is also a veteran. She served eight years in the U.S. Army as a Biomedical Equipment Repair Specialist.
She is the mother of three adult children, Kyle, Dominic, and Creina.
