Daryl Rolle is a serial entrepreneur, with a focus in community development and economic development. He is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Glee Enterprises, which invests in commercial real estate and small business assets to enhance undeserved communities. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Grooming Services, which has provided education and business development solutions 
for the barber/ cosmetology industry since 2009. He is a Managing Partner for Regal Suites + Spaces and Owner of Dapper & Company Men’s Grooming Lounge.

Mr. Rolle earned a Master Barber License from Southern Barber School, Barber Instructor Certification from Augusta Technical College, Master Education Certification from Milady's Master Educator Program, and attended Indian River State College’s Finance program. He served on Augusta Tech’s Barbering faculty from 2010-2015.He has been honored with numerous awards including OG Barber Awards (2021); Cyber Cities Best Barbershop (2019); Nominated for Best Barbershop in Augusta in Augusta Magazine (2012-2014 and 2016); NIA Award for Community Building from Humanitree Cultural Community Celebration (2013); Nominated for Barbershop of the Year, People’s Choice Awards (2011); Entrepreneur of the Year, People’s Choice Awards (2011); and Outstanding Achievement in Business Award, Social Luxury Awards (2010).

Mr. Rolle is actively engaged in the community. He currently serves on the HUB for Community Innovation Citizens Advisory Council. He has previously served on the Industry Leaders Roundtable for the Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce, the Housing and Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee, the City of Augusta’s Small Business Grants Committee and its Arts Council Grants Committee, the Georgia Economic Development Academy, Augusta Minority Networking Group (A.M.N.G), Greater Augusta Boys & Girls Club, Leadership Augusta, E3 Foundation, RCBOE- PAYG Committee, Catalyst League Inc., Groomed Chicago, Augusta Partnership, Barbers International, Palmetto State Barbers Association, and Young Professionals of Augusta. He also has been a TEDx speaker. He is Founder/Organizer for STEM in the City Robotics Competition, a partnership with Greater Augusta Boys and Girls Club, The Clubhou.se, and Leadership Augusta. This collaboration introduced the Sumobots curriculum to middle school and high school kids by merging, sports, design, engineering and programing fundamentals. prizes. He also was a Founder of the Barbering Education Enrichment Preprogram, designed to divert youth from the Department of Juvenile Justice to study at Augusta Tech. He was a local organizer of President Obama’s Fatherhood Initiative’s National Save Our Sons Event. 

He and his wife have a blended family of seven children and four grandchildren.
