Shirley M. Rouse has been with Augusta Technical College since July, 1996. She serves as the Human Resources Specialist. She is responsible for coordinating the hiring process from advertising, accepting applications and transcripts, speaking and meeting with applicants, scheduling interviews, maintaining appropriate applicant/interviewee documentation, selecting applicants for interviews and ensuring that all paperwork is complete for hire. In addition, Shirley also maintains the Augusta Technical College Foundation budget to include maintaining proper records and management of gifts, donations, and endowments in fundraising and accounting software.
Shirley has over fifteen years in Human Resources and Administration. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
