HVAC Student Scholars

Two heating, ventilation and air conditioning students at Augusta Technical College have been awarded $500 tool box scholarships from the CSRA Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG).

Paul Meiroitz, a day student, and Rudy Torres, a night student were selected from all students in the program at Augusta Tech. The students had to submit a written essay as part of the application process for the scholarships. Peter Vagovic, current CSRA CAAG President, along with Dalton Thacker, Augusta Tech Air Conditioning Technology Instructor, presented the scholarships at the CAAG monthly meeting.
