David Towles, a Cosmetology student, was selected as the 2007 GOAL Student of the Year for Augusta Technical College. The Optimist Club made the announcement today at a luncheon at Sixth and Watkins. David was nominated by his instructor, Patsy Finch. He will compete in the statewide competition later this year in Atlanta.

Congratulations to David and Patsy and all the other GOAL nominees and instructors for participating in this year's competition.
