Augusta Technical College participated in the "Taste of the Technical Colleges" held on January 30 at the Depot in Atlanta. All 34 technical colleges in Georgia participated. Each college showcased a program or programs to legislators and invited guests. Augusta Tech was well represented by the Media Communications program taught by Jason Dixon and the Printing and Graphics program taught by Sherrie Rowe. The college's Culinary Arts instructors Kathleen Fervan and Deb Moreno and their students also prepared French food for the attendees.

A Taste of the Technical Colleges is an annual event which showcases the new and exciting programs being offered through Georgia's technical colleges.
