Printing/Graphics Technology and Media Communications student Grady Hayes has been named as a Finalist for 2007 Nikon’s Best of College Photography Publication. This is a yearly publication which has over 25,000 contestants competing for honors across the globe. Students complete for the chance to win professional photography equipment and the opportunity to display their work in a professional setting. Only the best are published in the folio book published for the winners. Grady’s beautiful black and white photo of the Myrtle Beach Pier earned this honor. We had two finalists in last year’s competition; Dawn Powell and Kent Myers; both graduates of the program.
