The Henry L. Howard Interchange Dedication was held on September 5th honoring the late State Representative Henry Howard for his many years of service to the State of Georgia and the Augusta community. Mrs. Earnestine Howard and many family members and friends were on hand to accept the proclamation delivered by State Representative Quincy Murphy who sponsored the legislation to recognize Mr. Howard and his body of work for the community. The interchange sign will be erected at the Deans Bridge Road and Bobby Jones Expressway Interchange.
