The Augusta Technical College Foundation is pleased to announce that they are the recipient of a $2,500 grant from the James M. Hull Rotary Educational Fund through the Rotary Club of Augusta. On May 14, Rotary educational fund chairman, Mr. Haskell Toporek, presented a check to Mrs. Beverly Barshafsky Peltier, Director of Institutional Advancement at Augusta Tech, during a regular club meeting. The funds will be used to fund fifty $50 GED Test Scholarships to help students acquire their high school equivalency diploma through the college’s Adult Literacy program.
