The Capital City Bank Foundation and Capital City Bank, located in Waynesboro, Georgia, have contributed $1,000 in support of GED Test Fee Scholarships to students who are unable to cover the cost to take the GED test. Bank President Dub Harper presented a check to President Terry Elam and to Vice President of Operations of the Burke Campus, Ms. Ella Jones to help fund GED Scholarships.
