19½ hours per week
Seeking an individual with a minimum of an
Associate’s Degree. Must be attentive to
detail and able to maintain confidentiality. Must
have computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and
internet operations. Preference will be given to
candidates who have experience in administering
assessments or work experience in an educational
environment. Must demonstrate excellent
human relations skills. Must be willing to
work a flexible schedule, include evenings and

The primary responsibilities of this position are
to schedule and proctor WorkKeys assessments given
in both paper and internet format according to ACT
(American College Testing) protocol. Collaborates
with educators, agencies, and the general public to
schedule assessments, which may be offered on campus
or delivered in approved off-site locations.
Explains results to those taking the assessment.
Ensures security of testing documents and
confidentiality of results. Performs other duties as
assigned.
