Things to expect in this class:  This course contains many topics that you must quickly master.  You are expected to be familiar with HTML code from the very start.  You will have to remember both JavaScript syntax and VBScript at the same time.  To that, we add the syntax for the document object model and all of typical programming logic structures.  You will need to know how to write case statements in both JavaScript and VBScript, as well as if-then else logic statements and all of its variations.  We will explore active server pages, and you will write programs the place cookies on the client's computer.  Finally, we will shift our focus to the Internet and database connectivity.    Expect to be working on several projects at the same time as well as preparing for written tests. All in all, a very busy but rewarding class if the Internet and web design are part of your future.
