Attention June Graduates
Deadline for Graduation Participation Form is May 30

Graduation will be held Friday, June 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the William B. Bell Auditorium, 712 Telfair Street, Augusta, GA.

Students planning to participate in the graduation ceremony must complete a graduation participation form and submit it by Friday, May 30, 2008.  The form is also available at the Student Records Office on the Augusta campus and at the Admissions Offices on the branch campuses.

Any students not planning to participate in the graduation ceremony must complete the non-participating graduation form.  This form asks if the student wants his/her diploma mailed (must supply mailing address) or will be picking up his/her diploma (must supply contact telephone numbers).  This form may also be obtained from the Student Records Office on the Augusta campus or the Admissions Offices on the branch campuses.
