Welcome to Augusta Technical College Online Learning.

We use Angel as our Learning Management System for all Online,
Hybrid, and Web-Enhanced courses.
(see Angel Site at the top left on the navigation bar)

Once you log into Angel, please review the Student Essentials Guide to
help orient yourself to this system

Be sure to review the Online Student Orientation before beginning class

Instructors will send directions on how to get started in Angel
to your SmartWeb email account the day before class begins

You must log into your online course by the third day of class or you
will be purged for non-attendance

Online students who plan to come on campus to use any facilities, such as the library,
must have an Augusta Tech Student ID with a current sticker 

• Schedule Type Definitions:
  
  Online: Class is conducted 100% online with the possible exception of 1-2 proctored events
  Hybrid: A percentage of the class will be taught in-class and the remainder will be taught online.  Check with your advisor for class details
  Web Enhanced: Class is conducted 100% in-class using Angel as an online component for enhancement
  
  

• Are you "Readi" for Online Learning?  Take the Readi Assessment Test to
  determine if online learning is a good fit for you.

• The Readi Assessment Test will take 30-40 minutes to complete.  You may stop and save your work as needed.  Your assessment will be saved.
  Your instructor may ask you for the assessment after class begins.
