Program Description
The purpose of the Press Operator Technical certificate of Credit Program is to prepare students to work in the newspaper, printing and/or web publications, and other media industries. All students will have learning opportunities in the use of web-press and offset presses. High school graduation or GED is required for admission to this program.
Employment Opportunities
The objectives of this program are to prepare students for entry level employment in the web printing and offset printing industry. The students will learn the theory and get the hands-on experience needed for successful employment.
