Program Description
The CNC Specialist certificate program is designed for anyone possessing experience in the Machine Tool field to quickly gain the skills necessary for upgrading to the CNC job market. This program will provide knowledge of Computer Numerical Control basics, fundamentals, programming, and operation as well as, CAD/CAM programming. Successful completion of the Machine Tool Technology diploma or High School or GED graduation with a minimum of 3 years machinist’s level experience is required for admission to this program.

Graduates are employable as CNC machine operators. Opportunities are numerous for this field in the CRSA.
