Program Description

Management and Supervisory Development program at Augusta Technical College is a sequence of courses designed to prepare students to work in first level managerial and supervisory positions in businesses and industry. Students are provided with learning opportunities that introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. Graduates of the program receive a Management and Supervisory Development diploma. High school graduation or GED is required for admission to this program.
