  *School Approved Financial Aid Vouchers Please note: Checks and money orders can only be made payable for the amount of purchase. We will only accept checks presented by currently enrolled students of Augusta Tech. All others require prior approval by bookstore management. There will be a $20.00 service charge assessed for any returned check. *Book vouchers are only valid for the time specified on the voucher. Procedures for Financial Aid Students Step 1 - Financial aid vouchers can be picked up in Student Accounts after completing the registration process. Vouchers cannot be used until the first day of the quarter after attending all classes for instructor signatures. Step 2 - You MUST attend all classes and have all your instructors SIGN your book voucher to verify that you have attended class before coming to the bookstore to purchase your books. Step 3 - You MUST have your class schedule and a picture ID with you when purchasing books. This will assure that only the books you need are purchased. Step 4 - Please purchase all your books at the beginning of the quarter. Also, take notice of the financial aid deadline date printed on your voucher. This is the last date you can use your voucher in the bookstore to make purchases, exchanges or returns. REMINDER: To make additional purchases, you must have your financial voucher and all receipts.
