International Admission

International students who desire a student visa or who are transferring from another college on a student visa must complete the following requirements in addition to the admissions procedures for new students:

Provide an official English translation and evaluation of all secondary and postsecondary records performed by an independent evaluation service (the addresses and applications are available in the Student Records Office).
Submit TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores. A report/recommendation from an English language institute or program within the United States will be accepted in lieu of test scores.
Provide SAT, ACT, COMPASS, or ASSET scores.
Provide a detailed statement of financial resources including a statement from a recognized financial institution or appropriate governmental agency indicating that the student has sufficient funds to finance an education, cover living expenses, and return home.
